Eccentric Contraction:
This is a contraction in which the muscle lengthens and works with gravity.
Explosiveness:
The muscle's ability to create strength as quickly and as forcefully as possible.

These are the muscles that increase the angle at a joint. For example, the quadriceps extend the knee (straighten it).
