Testing and Strengthing Your Core

This exercise will help you to test and strengthen your deepest abdominal muscles.

Beginners aim for 30secs

Intermediate to advance 60-90secs

My record is 4mins 32secs!!

How to do it: Assume a modified pushups position, with your elbows under your shoulders. Keep your shoulder blades back and down and your abs tight.
