10 in10 CARDIO-OUCH!! High Intensity Interval Workout

This high intensity workout will see you working every body part! Using 10 exercises with 10 second intervals the idea is to get through as many rounds as you can in 15mins. Please remember to always warm up before you start any exercise program

Exercises:
1. Push Ups
2. Mountain Climbers
3.Squats
4.Basketball Throws
5.Crunches
6. Hover/Plank
7. Upper Back Raises
8.Burpees
9. High Knee Runs
10. Suspended Squat
