This is a nice healthy alternative to high fat Ranch Style Dressings.
8 Servings
Ingredients:
170g silken tofu
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Blend until well mixed. Serve Chilled |
