Ingredients
- 6 -8Eggs
- 1 Packet of Shirataki Noodles
- 100g chopped onion
- 1 Cup light mozzarella cheese
- 200g sliced mushrooms
- 150g rindless super lean bacon
- 1-2 tsp garlic salt
- 250g Spinach
Directions
Preheat oven 200 degrees.
Dice bacon, onion & mushrooms and fry in pan along with Spinach
Drain shirataki noodles then cut into tiny pieces ( so that it resembles rice)
Beat Eggs add shirataki noodles, lite mozzarella cheese & 2 ts garlic salt.
When cooked add bacon, mushrooms,spinach and onions.
Mix well and pour into lightly greased pirex bowl.
Cook in 180 degree oven for approx 45-55 min or until knife comes out 'clean'
