Ingredients:
1 egg
1 egg white
1/2 cup canned salmon
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp tomato salsa + sprinkle of garlic salt
Instructions:
In a bowl, stir the egg and egg white together to blend. Chop or mash the salmon and combine it with the eggs. Add the cheese, salsa and garlic salt. Pour the mixture into a small, lightly oiled frypan. Cook over medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes until set.
