3 tablespoons No added Sugar Orange Juice
2 teaspoons Kurvaceous Virgin Coconut Oil
1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/8 teaspoon Ground Cayene Pepper (omit if you don’t like a touch of hotness)
2 large Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 220 Degrees
2. Combine orange juice, coconut oil, ginger, salt and ground red pepper in small saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.
4. Remove from heat and cool completely.
5. In a large bowl, combine orange juice mixture with sweet potato strips. Toss to coat.
6. Coat baking sheet with baking paper and a light spray of olive oil
7. Arrange potato strips in a single layer on baking sheet. Discard remainder of juice mixture.
8. Cook in oven for 30 minutes or until potato edges are crisp.
