Coconut Bread

Coconut Bread

 

A delicious low carb alternative. Great for special occasions!

Ingredients:

  •  6 egs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or simply whisk until there are no lumps.

3. Pour into a lightly oiled bread pan

4. Bake for 40mins
