Want a yummy high fiber pancake? Then try this delicious alternative for a sweet sensation minus the carbs,sugar and processed white flour of normal pancakes.
Ingredients:
4 tsp Whey Protein Isolate
4 tsp Almond Meal
4 tsp LSA
1 Egg
3 bundles shirataki noodles
pinch of Stevia or 1 packet pure via or 2 ts xylitol
sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together, then add egg and mix till combined. If the mixture is too dry, simple add 1 tbsp lite milk or water.
Spray your frying pan with a little organic coconut oil or olive oil and cok mixture till set.
Top with fresh berries, or lemon and xylitol, sugar free maple syrup...the choices are endless!
