This is NOT an accurate method to estimate your ideal weight because it does not take into consideration
bone density, muscle mass, or fat proportion.
The below calculator whilst giving very generalised readings, does at least take into
consideration "Frame Size" in addition to height. (It's not suitable for children though)
We have taken the time to include frame size to give a more accurate reading but please keep in mind that these are very generalised readings.
